The Sand will be for shure Morocc, Konoha would be in Payon (Umbala is too... tribal O.o), the Sound in Geffen and the Mist in... errrr.... *opens the RO map* Jawaii?
I say this 'cause of the look of cities, Morocc is in the desert, Payon in the heart of the forest. Geffen has the tower and a dungeon (Orochimaru's cave) and Jawai... well... I really dunno. Most of people don't know what Jawaii is :P
Excepet for jawaii you right all!^^ The mist village will be in alberta! This is kinda away of the others three ( payon, morroc and geefen) but you can take a ship to Izlude from alberta ( I think) to stay closer from the other cities!^^

Well, seeing as through *most, I'll not break into after filler stuff for you anime watchers* of the countries are on VERY shaky terms, or at war throughout Naruto, I suppose it's fairly realistic. I wonder if we'll have politics ingame, like, depending on the Hokage that's around, they may request an alliance with a different village, so you know not to attack a village because you're allied, or if you're at war then you attack on the sight. That'd be awesome.
