I'm here to explain better who the project will work in his first stage: You begin as a academy student and you reache the lvl 10 of job in this class you can choose a village and (in stage of creation) a clan (or not if you want so). The villages are: Leaf, Mist, Sound, Sand. The clans in the villages (in stage of creation) are: Leaf: Uchiha ,Hyuuga ,Naara. Mist: Haku, Mizugan( provisory name) (this clan will use potions to atack and defense) Sound: Sealed (with the orochimaru seal), Yakushi ( Kabuto clan), Kaguya ( Kinimaru Clan). Sand: Sabaku (with some shukaku powers) Puppeter (like kankurou), Disarm (provisory name). After choose a clan (or not) you becoma a gennin of your village, then when u get lvls you involve to chuunin, jounin, ANBU and legendary sanin of your village (each village have your own jutsus and some jutsus that are common to all villages. When you choose a village, you enter to a village guild, and that permits you to kill people of another village (for defend your village or not). This increases your village rank In the begining of the server, the kages will be the gm's, when the village have the minimum of three legendary sanin that will change. In "sanins battle" or if there is just one legendary sanin that want to be hokage, this will be the choosen one. The Kage has a mandate of 1 week, if for breaking the "rules of the kages" or by loosing for another sanin in "sanins battle" the kage will be substituted by another sanin. If a Kage break the "rules of the kages" he will lose the chance to be next hokage for one month, second break of rules will be three months, the third is the loss of any chance to be a kage again(XD). I will post the obligations in the "rules of the kages" in another topic later... The advantages and disadvantages of have a clan: Advantages: You get some unique jutsus ( that have just to your clan menbers) Disvantages: You lose 9 job points just to unlock your jutsus clans These are the future implementations Later we will implement th eAkatsuki Org. (a guild with no right village point) that oyu can enter just if you are a ANBU of your village ,the new Clan Rock (provisory name) that are especialist in taijutsu and can be of the four villages (and Akatsuki Org.), and the possibilty to you create your own village (YES! You will be the kage of your won village) Sugestions and help with the unfinished clans (with the names of clans) will be welcome. Later

Yes, Uchiha clan will have the sharingan, hyuuga will have byakugan and etc... And Akatsuki Org. will be implemented later, they'll be like a village, with non especific territory.
And the best of this is that when you get out of your village your headband will be scratched out (like the headband of itachi or kisame)! Another good thing is that the saringan will be able to copy jutsus of the enemies (yes like in the anime/manga), all type of jutsus (like taijutsu, genjutsu or ninjutsu) will be able to copy by tha uchiha clan

Im not putting the uzumaki clan 'cause I want a balance with the number of clans per village (something between 3 clans per village), so I will not put the uzumaki clan at this moment... Anothe rimportant thing is that clans that I put up there are the confirmed ones (yes they jutsus are done!)... The mangekyou sharingan is a good idea... I will see wath is possible to do to this skill be possible!(^^) Thnx the support and suggestions

I have an idea! !!!!!How about make a skill for the Uchiha clan,that'll be called,FriendShip!And what the skill does,is it forms a special link with the person that the user chooses to make friends with.And when the level hits the maximum,they become best friends,until the user kills his best friend,and once the user kills the best friend,you level up and then u can start to level your Mangekyou Sharingan!
It's a good idea but very difilcult to "put" in the game ('cause some people will make friends just to kill and get the mangekyou) And please note that your question is in the wrong topic¬¬

No.....its like this....they'll need to level up,and each time they level up,they could pick a jutsu to level up.And neways,the frend would respawn anyways.=D

its going to be someting like this: when you choose a village, you will have to find some one of this village to make him invite you to the villages guild, the guild leader will be the hokage(who will be traded every week by the sannin battle if someone beat him). every village will be like a castle, w/ a emperium. But you can make you own guild(village) that will be associated to your main village, so you will have a emperium for your vilage IN your main village or in some map next(not decided yet). i think thats almost all
