Yagura is a guy of a clan (that I didn't pick the name yet) of the (filler) episode 194 (I think)...
This clan has disarm jutsus, skills that disarm the enemy's shield, armor, weapon and shield (like rogue)!^^

Mizugan is a new clan that we made to have more clans to the mist than one (haku)...
The mizugan are especialist in potions (waterXDDDDD), they can use potion to neither atack and defense...

Kool, although couldn't you just do Zabuza's clan?

Like water clones, the water dragon thing, water prison (kinda like the monk move blade stop).

If we put these skills to a clan wath the normal villagers would have?

No, because the Kyubbi is the Nine Tails, so it would have to be for the Uzumaki clan only, and there is no Uzumaki clan.
